I specialise in custom 60 minute and 90 minute massages, tailoring each session to the unique needs of my clients at the time of service.
I was trained at East West college of the healing arts in Portland, Oregon, and combine Swedish and Lomi Lomi massage techniques which utilise long rhythmic and hypnotic strokes to help clients achieve deep relaxation. I will use deep tissue techniques to focus on areas of deep tension and address structural and postural imbalances.
