1. All types of massage services are very welcome on adyourmassage.com and they must be offered by trained professional therapists. 

2. All ads must be posted in the most appropriate category. Each individual therapist can not post multiple messages in the same category, but the user can be shared on their account and post with different therapists in the same category. 

3. Users must not include in their ads any sexual massages, but they can use tags in their massage descriptions as “tantric”, or “sensual” for the specific categories like Nuru Massage, or Tantric Massage.

3.1 When we believe an ad includes sexual or escort services we will remove the ad and we reserve the right to restrict users’ access to our website.

3.2 Massage ads refrain from using explicit body parts, such as nudity or genitalia. Furthermore, images displaying intimate body parts such as women’s nipples will be removed. This policy is implemented to maintain a clean, friendly and accessible environment for all users of our platform.

3.3 Users of our platform, adyourmassage.com, must adhere to the following rules regarding massage services. It is prohibited to use any terms such as “erotic” or any language related to sex to avoid Compensated Sexual Acts. We encourage the use of terms such as “holistic massage”, “nuru massage”, “body to body massage”, “sensual massage” or “lingam massage”. We reserve the right to modify these terms to avoid the complete deletion of your ads.

3.4 We reserve the right at our discretion to change or delete completely the content that we believe is inappropriate or breaches our Terms and Conditions. 

4. The massage ads must not include the price in the title or description and the users must use the specific field for the massage price.

5. URLs must be entered in the URL field, not in the description of the ad.

6. Adding fake or invalid phone numbers is not allowed. If users don’t want to be contacted by phone, they must specify that in the description and users can use the e-mail or chat section from the platform.

7. Keyword spamming in the titles, including multiple massages words to manipulate searches is not allowed on the adyourmassage.com website.

8. We do not allow discrimination of any kind. Offensive language, hate speech, or extreme profanity description is not allowed too.

9 Massage ads that are no longer available should be deleted by the user posters.

10. Pre-order ads with money in advance are not allowed.

11. All ads must be posted in English.

User Accounts

1. The user is entirely responsible for all information that they submit to adyourmassage.com and any consequences that may result from the user’s posts. 

2. We reserve the right at our discretion to restrict a user’s usage of the website either temporarily or permanently, or to refuse a user’s registration if they insist do not comply with our Terms and Conditions Policy.

3. All the ads must be posted by members over 18 years of age.

4. Duplicated users are not allowed and they will be removed.

5. Users must enter their contact details in the correct fields. Revealing these details in the ad description, photos, or title is not allowed.

6. Please treat all other users with courtesy and respect.

7. Do not reply to ads with unsolicited opinions, comments, or judgments about the content of the ads, the price of the item, or the poster themselves.

7.1 Abusive replies are not allowed. Any replies containing hate speech, offensive language, or defamation are strictly prohibited.

7.2 All replies to ads must be about what the type of user’s massage is offering. Replies asking for personal information, are not allowed on adyourmassage.com

7.3 If any user receives a reply that feels inappropriate, please let us know.

8. Please report problems, offensive content, and policy breach by other users.

9 Users must not copy other’s people photography, intellectual property rights such as copyright are applied on adyourmassage.com.

10. All users and services must be based in the United Kingdom.

Fees and Services

1. Using adyourmassage.com you are receiving some free regular ads, but depending on the boosting or package you chose, you’ll be charged a fee for certain services. If the package you use incurs a fee, you’ll be able to review and accept terms that will be clearly disclosed at the time you post your message ad. 

2. Our paid services are quoted in British Pounds, and we may change them from time to time. We’ll notify you of changes to our fee policy by posting such changes on adyourmassage.com. 

3. The users are responsible for paying the adyourmassage.com promotions when they’re due. If your payment method fails or your account is past due, you as a user are responsible for making the payment.

4. Users acknowledge that their ads may be deleted from adyourmassage.com in case we believe these Terms and Conditions are breached, either directly or indirectly. In case you would have paid a fee for the display of such an ad, you may be entitled to a refund of such fee, but you will not be refunded for the following lines:

4.1 If you have removed your ads by yourself;

4.2 If you post duplicate ads as defined in our rules regarding duplicate ads;

4.3 If you duplicated accounts for avoiding the platform fees;

4.4 If we believe that your ads are in a significantly wrong category;

4.5 If you used offensive language or defamation in your ad description, or in any type of conversation with the platform users;

4.6 If you do not comply with the terms and conditions stated above regarding the provision of sexual services.

Our Liability

1. We (adyourmassage.com) do not take responsibility for the users’ postings and are not involved in any way in the users’ transactions. As most of the content on adyourmssage.com comes from other users, we do not guarantee the accuracy of postings or user communications or the quality, safety, or legality of what’s offered.

2. We do not accept any liability for the false declaration of our users for fraudulent advertisements, or for death or personal injury resulting from the negligence of users as a result of the suppression of their services.

3. You (user) agree not to hold us responsible for things other users post or do.

4. In no event do we accept liability of any description for the posting of any unlawful, threatening, abusive, defamatory, obscene, or indecent information, or material of any kind which violates or infringes upon the rights of any other person, including without limitation any transmissions constituting or encouraging conduct that would constitute a criminal offense, give rise to civil liability or otherwise violate any applicable law.
