A. What steps should I take to prepare for my massage?
Q. Make sure you have plenty of time to relax both before and after your massage and always drink plenty of water. Massages help to flush toxins from your system, so being properly hydrated is key and will help to avoid headaches straight after your treatment.

A. It is advised not to eat right before your massage and avoid alcohol 24 hours in advance.
