Hi! I am a professional massage therapist from east Europe. I have learned my techniques in my country so this is a different style of massage.
My massage removes lactic acid from muscles which makes your muscles fatigued. It’s good before training to improve muscle work and after the training to take fatigue away. It is also helpful after work by computer and any tiring work. I am working on a massage table from home.
