Hi, I am Bruno, I am an Italian professional massage therapist, performer, yogi, trainer, and health coach, I believe that an attentive, professional, and customized treatment can help you reach your full potential. I have a Massage Diploma lev. 3 and a Sports Massage lev.4. 200 years of Yoga teacher training and more than 20 years of experience as a professional athlete. I have more than 6 years of practice both in professional and private settings. I’m specialized in tailored therapies, created to help you gain the most out of our meeting.
I can give you nutrition and personal training advice, especially on calisthenics workouts. I am based in Central London, I can do both On-site and Offsite (Mobile), in and around London. We provide extremely professional service, organic oils, candles, and incense.
I also teach meditation, ballet, dance, movement, breathing, and stretching classes, which I can deliver in person or online. Your time with me is a unique experience, a body, mind, and soul therapy that’s going to help you recharge, relax, rebuild, and get ready to fight the city life.
If you are not in the UK, you are on holiday, or simply prefer to be in your living room, ONLINE Classes, workouts, and advice sessions are also available.
